Tante Netty’s Street Poetry
Besides my PhD research, I (and lots of other people) work in a social design collective in my neighbourhood. We started it in 2010, but we just finished the biggest and argueably nicest project of all: Street Poetry!
Part of our ‘hood is being demolished for renovation. To combat empty houses, we invited young artists from all over to come up with a facade design. The result: more than thirty houses painted with poems, graphic designs and graffiti.
