Conference: Participatory Practices in Arts and Heritage

Together with Maastricht Centre for Arts and Culture, Conservation and Heritage (MACCH) and Jan van Eyck Academie, our research centre at Zuyd organized an exciting conference on participation in the arts. This week, March 17th & 18th, there are plenty of interesting talks and roundtable sessions. Just before the conference, Lorrain Daston will give a keynote on ‘Epistemic Images’, as part of the conference Drawing Instruments.

On Saturday, together with Renee van der Val, I’m moderating a roundtable on community arts practices, with Ida van der Lee & Bill Wei, Marlous van Boldrik, Rogier Brom, and Krien Clevis.
